hi! i’m isabel, and this is my first year on the litmag staff! i joined litmag mainly because of my fondness for art and creative expression (and of course, the vibes). i’ve done art for the majority of my life, but i wanted to try something like publication design, which is different from what i typically do! honestly, the only thing i really want to take away from this class is just a fun and insightful experience!

this is my go-to response, but one of my favorite hobbies is reading! i’ll read anything, but my favorite genres are fantasy & dystopian. as of right now, my favorite book is pretty much anything written by sarah j. maas, though my childhood favorite is and always will be the percy jackson & harry potter series.

another one of my hobbies is actually painting my nails! i usually paint my nails every one/two weeks, depending on how busy i am. my all-time favorite nail polish brand is holo taco, and you’ll probably never find me wearing anything that’s not holographic or without some sort of sparkle (scroll down to see my fav nail polishes!!)
1) despite the fact i have an unhealthy obsession with nails, i’ve never actually been to a nail salon! i do, however, own over 100 bottles of nail polish, and i’m forever expanding my collection.
2) i have three pets, two cats and one dog (pictured below)!!
3) if there’s one thing about me, it’s that i love hot sauce! but it’s not just any hot sauce, it’s the korean buldak hot sauce (it’s a real problem, every time i go to hmart, i have to stock up with 5 bottles.)
